The shipping or delivery charge is a flat $12.00.
Please remember we deliver to the continental U.S. only.

USPS does not quote delivery times. However, most packages
should arrive within 3 days. We will not issue any refunds for gifts
that arrive late due to the US Postal Service.

So what that means is we will ship your gift within the continental U.S. via USPS, or deliver it locally if it is in our delivery area. A couple of reminders:

1. We are closed on the weekends and all major holidays. If your order is placed on one of these days, it will be shipped or delivered the following business day.
    
2. We can not guarantee deliveries to hospitals. We will ship them for you. However, please be advised that most hospitals have policies about deliveries to patients. If there are any questions, please call the hospital and find out about their policies.
    
3. When you place your order online, our system calculates the shipping for you. This is an improvement over our previous process. As always, if you have a question please call us at 330-454-GIFT (4438).
    
4. We will ship our Wine Gifts within the Great State of Ohio ONLY. Due to the alcoholic content of this gift, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
